  • No time - too busy at work; insufficient coaching practice based on IAC proficiencies; no clients - need ideally 3 English speaking coaches who agree the coaching conversation can be recorded.
  • language and 需要一些指引和辅导,还有不是很清晰通过的条件是什么。(translation: require some guidance and assistance. Also the requirement of the PASSED is not clear.)
  • Time element.
  • not passing step 1 and need to hand in English tapes

6. What kind of support will be helpful to you in taking STEP 2 Test and get certified?

  • Group practices to receive feedback on coaching proficiencies; more IAC proficiency teleclasses offered during our non-bed-time hours!
  • 个人化的指引和辅导,并且更加清晰通过的条件是什么 (translation: Require mentorship, also clear guidance on what is a PASS.)

  • Yes (4) with notes saying, "Yes, definitely, but due to current workload, will start after Mid 2008" and "Yes, of course - it's an int'l recognized institution."

8. Any other suggestions.

  • Certification for coaching conducted in local languages. otherwise, tips on how we can get some English speaking coachees.
